I think she would know of them? But not be quite so directly involved in anything in their lives as she might have been with the ancestors. They're nearly as far as you can get in Alternia's history, not counting her showdown with the Condesce, so I doubt she would have had much to do by then. Maybe making sure the correct people ended up near frog ruins.
